PAYROLLS
Insure compliance of Davis-Bacon and related acts (DBRA) for contractor payrolls and related data by reviewing certified payrolls, verifying interviews & conducting investigations. Respond to ADOT field personnel, prime and subcontractors, consultants, auditors, FHWA, union/ labor groups, contractor employees and public inquiries. Investigate, analyze and resolve wage violations. Substantiate validity of fringe benefit payments to pension, 401 and health plans nationwide.
